THE GOSPEL SLIDE DANCE INSTRUCTIONS

Barach means to rock side to side in praise!
Shabach means to throw your hands up in high praise!

The Dance

2x to the right
2x to the left
throw your hands up
stomp with your right foot
right foot forward
left foot backward
rock 2x (starting to the right)
? turn with pivot on the left leg

repeat

(now add hands)
2x to the right (clap twice)
2x to the left (clap twice)
throw your hands up
stomp with your right foot
right foot forward (clap twice)
left foot backward (clap twice)
hands together in prayer (bow head)
rock 1x to the right
? turn with pivot on the left leg

repeat

(now pay attention!)
2x to the right and Barach

throw your hands up
stomp with your right foot
